A Pretty Picnic

 

On Easter Sunday we went for a fun and delicious picnic to Rineen Wood in West Cork, where we enjoyed our lunch in the sparkling sunshine, Bliss! I decided to myself it would be the first picnic of many this year, so I'm going to make sure we get out for lovely day trips as much as we can. So, who wants to come along? :)

My Dauphine Button Ring was featured this week in this pretty Spring treasury, curated by MadeWithLoveAndArt .

For the past 4 months I have been skating with the Rebel County Rollers, Cork's roller derby league, and I've completely fallen in love with the sport! Flat track roller derby is a fast paced and very exciting game, and is one of the fastest growing sports in the world at the moment. There are existing leagues in Cork, Dublin and Belfast, (as well as all over the US, UK and many other countries) and new leagues developing in Galway, Kerry and Carlow.
